Why I built this
I'm Stephanie. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Advanced Social Worker in Gerontology (ASW-G), Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM) in Denver, Colorado.
For years I watched people in my community search for the right support group and come up empty. Therapists are easy to find online. Groups are scattered across hospital pages, Facebook, and word of mouth. There was no single calm place to look.
I built My Therapy Groups to change that and to elevate group work as the powerful, often-overlooked path to healing it really is.
